This invoice, issued by MR. GTIRESHOP LLC, estimates repair and service costs, as legally required and detailed in this document.
The installation service encompasses all necessary labor and parts for installing, removing, or replacing a tire. New tire parts may include a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) rebuild kit or a rubber valve stem. The Life of Tire Maintenance package includes tire rotation, rebalancing, flat tire repair, inspection, and air pressure checks. Installation fees may vary based on local market rates and the complexity of the installation process.
Wheels cannot be returned if installed and/or used.
Stretch tires are installed under the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. MR. GTIRESHOP LLC is not responsible for any damage or accident caused by the installation of this type of tire.
Additional charges may apply for the removal and/or reinstallation of winter tires.
Excluding tire installation and rebalancing, parts and services mentioned herein may not incur charges as part of promotional offerings. However, when this package is purchased, all parts and services listed are guaranteed to be provided at no cost for the tire's lifetime.
MR. GTIRESHOP LLC adheres to all repairs and services in a manner that meets or surpasses the specifications set by manufacturers.
The warranties provided herein do not restrict or alter any existing warranties from the tire, wheel, or part manufacturers.
This invoice is prepared based on aftermarket parts (non-OEM), supplied by third-party manufacturers, not the vehicle's original manufacturer. Warranties for these parts are provided by their respective manufacturers or distributors.
MR. GTIRESHOP LLC does not offer vehicle storage services. Vehicles should not be left at the facility beyond the time needed for service completion and a reasonable period thereafter. Extended possession due to unforeseen circumstances may incur storage fees at MR. GTIRESHOP LLC's discretion, subject to statutory limits.
Credit or debit card transaction details may be retained as permitted by state law, for periods not exceeding state law limits. However, providing Personal Identifying Information is not mandatory for credit or debit card payments. Please note that we do not accept credit card information over the phone.
If applicable, this invoice includes a state-mandated waste tire fee, charged at the rate established by law.
Your rights and responsibilities regarding vehicle repair and service are governed by state law. For questions or clarifications, consult your state Statutes or the Office of the Attorney General.
Customers have the right to inspect or request the return of all replaced parts, except for those that are excessively heavy or large, those required for warranty or exchange processes, or any parts mandated by law to be disposed of by the facility.
