We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Job Duties:

• Building customer satisfaction and loyalty
• The merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services
• Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• Motivated sales individual
• Must be able to communicate with and assist the customer in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
• As needed, helps to unload merchandise shipments, changes, and balances tires in the service department (after appropriate training), constructs store displays, and perform other duties that are necessary to meet customer relationship requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Spanish/English (Required)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Install new and used tires and wheels.
• Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs.
• Participates in training, follows strategy procedures, job duties, and company policies.
• Conduct essential maintenance and cleaning.
• Provides helpful, friendly, and responsive customer service
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
